Styles of Yoga
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a welcoming experience for those who are new to yoga, as it will introduce you to various postures. Time is spent learning about the breath and finding your own comfort level in each pose. Modifications are encouraged and props may be used to facilitate alignment as you learn to recognize what your body needs in that moment. Participants will leave feeling relaxed, renewed and peaceful.
Fusion Yoga
This amazing hybrid consists of 30 minutes of flow yoga, followed by 30 minutes of Yin/restorative yoga.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa describes a broad range of yoga styles. Vinyasa is a dynamic flow from one posture to the next, syncing breath with movement to create a meditative practice. Each class allows you to challenge yourself in different ways to receive the physical benefits of the postures while also calming the mind. Adaptable to all levels.
Mindful Flow Yoga
Discover your strongest you! This class blends different yoga styles incorporating strength, grace, body alignment, and breath-work to create a challenging yet safe practice for all.
