How it works
Adrien offers private, family-style yoga classes for parents and children ranging from toddlers, school-age, pre-teens and teens. In these private family sessions, Adrien develops classes to fit your family’s unique needs and busy schedule.
Classes are scheduled to meet in her home studio in Westminster, CO; your home; or an outdoor space like a park.
